CHANGING YOUR MIND OR CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Your legal right to change your mind. You have a “cooling off period” within which to change your mind about subscribing to the Sensei Platform. The cooling off period applicable to you will depend on which country you live in. The cooling off period starts after the date we confirm your Subscription. You lose the right to cancel the Subscription:

  • once you have started to download or stream any digital product on the Sensei Platform (such as our job markets insight data or self learning courses).

How to let us know and what happens next. If you change your mind contact our Customer Service Team: fill in the “Contact Us” form at sensei.global/contact-us. We will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you've changed your mind. We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.

You right to cancel the Subscription

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your Subscription will then end:

  • for annual plans – the day after the last day of the relevant 12 month period
  • for monthly plans – the day after the last day of the relevant 30 day period

Subscription fees will be due in full until the end of the Subscription. You will continue to have access to the Sensei Platform until the end of your Subscription.

Your rights if there is something wrong with the Sensei Platform

If you think there is something wrong with the Sensei Platform, you must contact our Customer Service Team: www.sensei.global/contactus. Your legal rights will vary depending on the country that you live in and your statutory rights will be unaffected. Remember too that you have several options for resolving disputes with us.

Please note that the Subscription fees paid by you are for access to the Sensei Platform and the markets insight data and self-learning modules only. Whilst we offer other services on the Sensei Platform these are provided as a good will offering only. We will try our best to fix any issues with these additional services but such issues will not entitle you to cancel your Subscription.
